Terry described the car and its condition by phone and I arranged to travel for a test drive. I was happy and we agreed a price subject to the car being serviced by Kia. Terry offered to drive the car to a railway station near to my house. A week later the deal was completed and we met for a handover at Bath Spa Station. Recently purchased a 3 series, the booking to view was very easy and when I arrived was immediately allowed to look around the car freely,he was then more than happy to discuss the history of the veichle and any work that had been done just really made me feel at ease there were no nasty secrets in general, was more thank happy to allow me to test drive the veichle and after deciding I wanted to purchase the car was more than happy to hold onto it after my deposit until I could pick it up a couple days later, he showed me all the paperwork available for the veichle and really made the purchasing of the car as stress and worry free as possible, would definitely reccomend/use again!

I made a 180 mile round trip to view and collect the car, which was a low mileage example in excellent condition for its age. I paid the asking price which included a 12 mouth warranty. The service I received was both professional and courteous and all my questions were answered. The car has been washed prior to collection and time was taken to familiarise me with the controls and direct me to the nearest petrol station for my journey home.

I went to this dealership some time ago to actually view a Volvo S60 , when I arrived I fell in love with a Beautiful purple BMW 330i but unfortunately only had the budget for the Volvo and I was gutted! the guy who runs Belmont knew how much I wanted the BMW and he actually kept it for me for several weeks until I raised the rest of the funds , I never did get to write a review in relation to him or his company but I always wanted to acknowledge just what an absolute gentleman he is! Genuine dealer and excellent after sales service. A couple of weeks after purchase, it became apparent that the car required some reasonably involved mechanical repairs. Belmont inspected the car and were happy to have the issues rectified, and the car has been fine ever since. Certainly none of this "Sold as Seen" malarkey!
